This guy has got some heavy duty mental issues going on. His last wife knew it. She even had to get a restraining order to get him to leave her alone. Mentally unstable. His neighbors always end up hating him. His last neighbors even got some advice as to how to jam his receiver!
Hasn't he moved 5 times in the last 7 years?

Our source got it wrong. Apparantly, our source heard an "open VOX" conversation TXH was having with someone on the phone. Certain words and noises were heard which were construed as an arrest.
