Again, W6AD, Nurse Ratched has his head up his ass when talking about amplifier tubes. He says that cooling on one side of a 3-500Z is "proper" and there is nothing special that needs to be addressed regarding cooling. "Just enough air to keep the pins and seals cool".
The "Nurse" was full of shit. Hank was correct. Cooling specs are very specific for 3-500zs. Base seals - 200°c. Plate seals - 225°c.
