7255 - 12:00 PM Synopsis

KK6FR - Frank takes over 55. K6YXE was talking to "Wally" (even though Wally is not licensed for that portion of the band) and Frank told Dan that he should not be talking to Wally. Then, Frank just took over. CFJ comes on telling Dan, "it's too bad Frank took over your conversation", and Frank says, "how does someone take over the frequency"? Yet, when someone talks over Frank they're called a jammer. What a hypocrite!
